The Credit Learning Center is an online venue supported by the National Association of Credit Management and provides you with 24/7 access to credit educational courses. This convenient and easy method of learning has a wide array of 50-minute audio/visual presentations carefully designed and developed by expert credit professionals. Some modules allow you to work towards completing a course or specialty certification.

 

Credit Administration Program (CAP)
The Credit Administration Program (CAP) provides participants the knowledge and understanding of credit administration as well as prepares them for the CBA designation proficiency exam. Courses in CAP include Basic Financial Accounting, Financial Statement Analysis I and Business Credit Principles.

Advanced Credit Administration Professional (ACAP)
In the Advanced Credit Administration Program students participate in a series of college equivalent courses that prepare credit professionals for additional managerial responsibilities and for the CBF designation exam. Classes in the Advanced Credit Administration Program include Business Law I (Contracts), Credit Law and Financial Statements: Interpretation and Credit Risk Assessment.
