Association of Optical & Sunglass Credit & Collection Managers Credit Group
The purpose of the Association of Optical & Sunglass Credit & Collection Managers Credit Group is to facilitate the exchange of accurate and reliable information regarding the credit standing and financial ability of customers of its members and, in general, to do any lawful acts or things necessary to protect its members against unsound and unfair credit and business practices.
Membership shall be limited to manufacturers of Ophthalmic & Non-Ophthalmic Frames and Lenses that may or may not operate retail stores, in addition, membership shall also be open to exclusive distributors of Ophthalmic and Non-Ophthalmic Frames and Lenses that do not operate retail stores. Proposed new members must be in business a minimum of three years and have a minimum annual sales volume of $5 million dollars.
